Key Responsibilities:
Telesales Executive – Demat Account Opening
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain Demat account features and benefits.
Generate leads and convert them into account openings.
Assist customers with KYC and documentation.
Follow up until account activation is completed.
Achieve sales targets and maintain customer records.
Resolve customer queries and provide support.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
