Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers to customers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM.

• Convert qualified leads into successful sales.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams when required.

• Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline [B-TECH not applicable].

• 6 months–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Customer-focused and confident while speaking on the phone.

• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.

• Good command of Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.[ TELUGU/ TAMIL/ KANNNADA ]

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000-24,000 + Incentives

Working Hours: 9:30AM - 7:00PM
Weekly Off: ROTATIONAL
