We are looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to join our team at Kanishka Software Private Limited. The role involves manage inbound and outbound sales activities, qualify business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and schedule meetings for the Business Development team. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a monthly salary of ₹20,000 - ₹42,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound enquiries and proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls
Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, business challenges, budgets, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the BD team
Build and nurture relationships with prospects
Maintain accurate customer records, update interactions, follow-up activities, and opportunity stages in the CRM system
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Pre-Sales teams
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma/Graduate (with IT Knowledge) and 0 - 1 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
