Takshila Institute is a leading coaching institute in Nagpur for JEE, NEET & Foundation courses. We are looking for passionate and energetic Telecallers to join our admissions team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call prospective students and parents from provided data

• Explain courses (JEE/NEET/Foundation), fees & benefits clearly

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Generate and maintain leads in Excel/CRM

• Follow up with interested candidates regularly

• Convert inquiries into admissions

• Coordinate with counsellors for student visits

• Achieve daily and monthly targets

Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English)

• Confident and persuasive speaking ability

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, calling tools)

• Experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
