We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at STORE KING. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Engage with prospective clients to introduce and promote the company’s products or services.
Inbound Calls: Respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
