Position: Telesales Executive

Salary- 27k in hand, 30k ctc

About the Role:
Star Health is looking for dynamic and result-oriented individuals for the role of Telesales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining health insurance products, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities:
• Call prospective clients and generate sales opportunities.
• Explain health insurance policies, features, and benefits in detail.
• Address customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Ensure smooth policy issuance and assist in payment collection.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Graduate and undergraduate candidates are eligible.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Minimum 6 months of on-paper experience in sales or client-facing roles.
• Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.
• Confident and presentable in customer interactions.
