Position Summary

As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their insurance needs, explaining various health insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

You will play a crucial role in generating revenue by promoting suitable insurance plans, maintaining excellent customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates possessing any of the following qualifications are eligible to apply:

• 10th Pass

• 12th Pass

Experience Required

Minimum 6 months of experience in:

• Telesales

• Telecalling

• Inside Sales

• Insurance Sales

• Banking Sales

• Financial Product Sales

• Customer Acquisition

• Outbound Calling

• Sales Process

Candidates with prior experience in BFSI, Insurance, Banking, Credit Cards, Loan Sales, or similar sales environments will be preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Calling:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound enquiries.

• Understand customer requirements and explain suitable health insurance plans.

Sales & Business Development:

• Promote Star Health Insurance products and convert leads into sales.

• Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products to maximize business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

• Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.

Target Achievement:

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain productivity and contribute to team performance.

CRM & Documentation:

• Update customer information and call records accurately in the CRM.

• Maintain complete and confidential customer documentation.

Product Knowledge & Compliance:

• Stay updated on insurance products, company policies, and promotional offers.

• Follow company guidelines, maintain ethical sales practices, and comply with all regulatory requirements.
