Job Purpose:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Telesales Executive to support business development activities for a leading wooden packaging box manufacturing company based in Ahmedabad. The role involves generating leads, handling client communication, follow-ups, coordinating with prospective customers, and supporting the sales team in expanding business opportunities across industrial and commercial sectors.
Roles & Responsibuilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients regarding company products and services.
Generate and qualify sales leads through telecalling and follow-up activities.
Explain product offerings, pricing, and company services professionally to clients.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospects for inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with the sales and production team regarding client requirements.
Maintain customer database, call records, and sales reports accurately.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate when required.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team when required.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Support marketing and promotional campaigns through telecalling activities.
Ensure professional communication and positive representation of the company.
