Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate new business opportunities and convert leads into active Derma PCD distributors. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, dermatologists, and business owners across India.

Explain Glow Oxygluta's Derma PCD Franchise business model and product portfolio.

Handle inbound leads from Meta Ads, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, website, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects until conversion.

Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.

Update daily call reports, follow-up status, and sales activities in CRM/Excel.

Coordinate with dispatch, billing, and management teams for smooth onboarding of new distributors.

Required Skills

Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is an added advantage).

Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.

Good telephone etiquette and customer handling skills.

Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Email).

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.

Eligibility

Graduate in any discipline.

6 months–6 years of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Pharma PCD, Derma PCD, Healthcare, FMCG, or B2B Sales preferred. Previous experience in PCD pharma or healthcare telesales is especially valuable.
