Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls. This role is ideal for freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain products and services and address customer queries.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Update call records and customer information in the database.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
