Job Title: Telesales Executive – Credit Cards (Banking Sector)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell credit cards over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

• Explain features, benefits, and eligibility of credit cards

• Handle customer queries and objections effectively

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales

• Ensure compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and regional language

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

• Prior telesales or banking sales experience is an added advantage

• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
