Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new pharma franchise / PCD business opportunities.
Generate leads through calls, online platforms, references, and market research.
Contact pharma distributors, stockists, retailers, doctors, and potential franchise partners.
Explain company products, product range, pricing, margins, and franchise opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and distributors.
Follow up regularly with prospective and existing clients to convert leads into business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, orders, and client communications.
Coordinate with the internal team for product availability, quotations, billing, dispatch, and order processing.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely follow-up for repeat orders and strengthen long-term business relationships.
Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and convincing abilities.
Knowledge of pharma products, PCD/Franchise business, and distribution channels will be preferred.
Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
