Job Opportunity: Telecaller (Real Estate) - Chembur, Mumbai

We are hiring a dedicated Telecaller for a leading real estate client company in Chembur, Mumbai. This is a full-time role within the dynamic real estate sector.

Role Details

Role: Full-Time
Schedule: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Weekends: 2nd & 4th Saturdays OFF | All Sundays OFF

Open Position

TELECALLER - REAL ESTATE (1-3 YRS EXPERIENCE)

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide project information.
- Explain project details, pricing, and amenities effectively.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Conduct follow-ups to nurture leads.
- Maintain and update the CRM system accurately.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Salary: ₹30,000 (Fixed/Month)
Requirements:
- Graduate degree (preferred).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in telecalling or sales (real estate preferred).
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented approach.
Common to All Candidates:
- Proficient Excel skills.
- Excellent rapport building and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven and highly motivated.
