Tele-Sales Executive

Location: Ashram Road, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives per Sale

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele-Sales Executive to promote and sell cancer medications to customers across multiple international markets. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle sales inquiries, process orders, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Promote and sell cancer medications over the phone to international customers.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

• Take and process customer orders accurately.

• Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders and renewals.

• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer retention.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide product-related information.

• Maintain daily sales records and update customer databases.

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, order tracking sheets, and follow-up records.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Experience: 0 to 6 Months (Freshers are welcome to apply).

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Strong sales and persuasion skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
