🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telecalling activities as per assigned campaigns or business requirements

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes

• Ensure timely coordination with internal teams and clients

• Handle data management with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Support operational processes to ensure smooth workflow and productivity

• Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and reporting structures

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

• Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers are welcome)
