We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Shri Ram G Securities Private Limited.Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers and explain Car Insurance, Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, and Stock Market products.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Generate sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of Hindi and English.
Good customer-handling skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
Timing 9:30am to 6:30 pm
