Associate Manager – Voice Channel

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote financial products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their needs and eligibility.
Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to drive conversions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Contribute to sales initiatives and process improvements.
