Shaadi.com is hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Sales Consultant (Inside Sales). This role involves interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through premium services over calls.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
Explain products/services and convert leads into sales
Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates

Eligibility Criteria :

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Minimum 6 months of telesales experience preferred
Strong communication and convincing skills
Good verbal communication in English and Tamil
Qualification: HSC / Diploma / Any Graduation

Salary & Benefits :

Take-home salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
