Inform customers about their upcoming two-wheeler insurance policy renewals.
Explain policy benefits, coverage, premiums and renewal options.
Follow up with customers and convert renewal enquiries into successful policies.
Assist customers throughout the motor insurance renewal process.
Maintain daily call records and renewal follow-up details.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly renewal targets.
Ensure good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Experience in telecalling, sales or motor insurance renewals will be an added advantage.
