Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to connect with photographers, studios, and customers, generate leads, and drive sales through inbound and outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads through inbound and outbound calls.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Manage leads, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
Malayalam-speaking is mandatory.
Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, business development, or customer service.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong follow-up, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
