We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Policy Karo Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers for car and two-wheeler insurance.

• Generate sales through new policy sales and policy renewals.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable motor insurance coverage.

• Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, IDV, NCB, add-ons, coverage and exclusions in a clear manner.

• Handle customer questions and objections professionally and work toward closing sales.

• Generate quotations and assist customers in selecting appropriate insurance plans.

• Follow up regularly with interested customers, pending cases and renewal leads.

• Coordinate with the operations team for document collection, payment and policy issuance.

• Maintain accurate customer information, call records, follow-ups and sales status in the CRM.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain a healthy lead pipeline and maximize lead-to-policy conversion.

• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage renewals and repeat business.

• Ensure accurate communication of policy terms and avoid mis-selling.

• Follow company processes, quality standards and applicable insurance regulatory requirements.

• Share daily sales and performance reports with the reporting manager..

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
