We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive to promote our jewellery products, generate sales leads, follow up with prospective customers, and build strong customer relationships through telephone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

The candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and an interest in gold, diamond, and other jewellery products.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote jewellery products, collections, offers, and schemes.

• Handle inbound customer enquiries regarding jewellery designs, product availability, pricing, and promotions.

• Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales and showroom visits.

• Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other approved communication channels.

• Inform customers about new collections, festive offers, wedding jewellery, and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain customer databases, call records, lead status, and follow-up schedules.

• Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewellery products.

• Coordinate with showroom sales teams to facilitate customer visits and sales conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the sales team.
