Telecalling Executive – Personal Loan Process

**Location:** Sector 63, Noida

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused **Telecalling Executives** to join our Personal Loan team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to build rapport with prospective clients. Freshers looking to start their career as well as experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Contact prospective customers to inform them about personal loan products and services.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan options.

* Address customer queries in a professional and timely manner.

* Follow up with interested customers to ensure smooth lead conversion.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database regularly.

* Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Eligibility Criteria

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

* Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (Graduates preferred).

* Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi. Basic English communication will be an added advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or CRM tools.

* Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
