We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Pardewale. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
In-Bound Sales of our products, along with operational management of your own orders.
Prepare products as per requirements, make corrections and identify irregularities in a timely manner.
Call and build lead followups, close the Sales in proper way.
Support various administrative tasks when needed to assist other departments.
Leads will be given on daily basis, manage leads and follow up everyday. Give right product to right customer and build relation with the client.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass or Diploma and 0 - 5 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
