Working Days: 6 Days (Mon - Fri WFO & Sat WFH)

Job Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic RM-TeleSales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and sales skills, with experience in handling sales consultations, converting leads, and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calling consultations with prospective clients and explain our services.
Convert inbound and outbound leads into sales.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and packages.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up with interested prospects through calls, video meetings, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the operations and consultation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle customer queries professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
Confidence in conducting inbound/Outbound calls and virtual meetings.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.

Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, video sales, counseling, or customer relationship management.
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
