We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our team at NoBroker. Candidates will connect with prospective and existing customers over the phone, understand their requirements, explain relevant services, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable NoBroker services.

• Explain company products and services clearly and confidently.

• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Convert potential leads into successful sales.

• Maintain accurate customer details and sales records.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: 10th / 12th / Diploma / Graduate.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• English communication is mandatory.

• Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu will be an added advantage.

• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with computer applications.

• A positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
