Sales Executive – Target Oriented
Looking for a target-driven Sales Executive to generate business through client & recruiter calling, convince prospects, and manage client documentation.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to clients & recruiters to generate business
Pitch & sell company’s products/services effectively
Convince prospects and convert leads into clients
Handle client documentation & agreement management
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain call records & follow up regularly with leads
Requirements:
Strong convincing & negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, documentation)
Prior sales/calling experience preferred
Ability to handle client relationships professionally
