About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing insurance sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining suitable insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain insurance products, plans, benefits, features, and eligibility clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

• Generate sales through effective calling, follow-ups, and relationship building.

• Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers and leads.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM/system.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for policy processing.

• Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Follow company policies, sales processes, and applicable insurance guidelines.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome; prior telesales, telecalling, BPO, banking, or insurance experience will be an advantage.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and working with sales targets.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
