Key Responsibilities
▪ Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers from the database/leads provided.
▪ Pitch and sell Motor, Health, and Life Insurance products based on customer needs.
▪ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
▪ Convert qualified leads into confirmed policy sales within defined timelines.
▪ Maintain a professional, courteous, and persuasive tone on every customer call.
▪ Achieve individual sales and calling targets as set by the reporting manager/process.
▪ Coordinate with the team lead/supervisor for escalations, approvals, or product clarifications
Required Skills
▪ Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
▪ Confident, energetic, and customer-friendly telephone manner.
▪ Ability to handle high-volume outbound calling without losing consistency in pitch quality.
▪ Basic computer literacy — comfortable using CRM/dialer systems and MS Office/Excel.
▪ Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections and rejection positively.
▪ Target-driven mindset with the discipline to follow structured calling and follow-up processes.
▪ Ability to work well within a team-based, target-oriented contact-center environment.
