Job Description:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers for shifting & relocation services
2. Understand customer requirements and explain our packers & movers services
3. Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into bookings
4. Handle client queries, negotiate, and close deals over the phone
5. Maintain daily call records & update customer details in CRM
6. Coordinate with operations team for smooth customer experience
7. Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
