Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Interior Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and convert prospects into clients. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through Facebook, Google, referrals, and other marketing channels.
Follow up with prospective customers and explain our interior design services.
Understand customer requirements and arrange site visits or meetings.
Share company profile, portfolio, and quotations with clients.
Coordinate with the design and project teams for customer requirements.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up schedules.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide timely updates.
Negotiate and close sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi.
Strong calling, follow-up, and sales skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and WhatsApp.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in telecalling, sales, real estate, or interior industry is preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)
