We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team . The candidate should be confident and result-driven who can connect with leads, understand customer requirements, and guide them towards closure. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to assigned leads
Understand customer needs and explain services/products clearly
Handle objections and build trust with customers
Follow up with interested prospects regularly
Maintain accurate records of calls and updates in the system
Work closely with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Job Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English is a plus)
Confident, persuasive, and patient attitude
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
Basic knowledge of computers and calling tools
Prior telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory
