Job Title: Telecalling & Billing Executive
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers.
Provide customers with information about services, pricing, and repair status.
Prepare and generate invoices and bills accurately.
Maintain customer records, service reports, and billing data.
Coordinate with technicians regarding service updates and job completion.
Process customer payments and maintain billing records.
Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues when required.
Send service reminders and follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain daily reports of calls, invoices, and collections.
