Job Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities through outbound and inbound calls.

• Contact dealers, distributors, contractors, government vendors, and potential customers.

• Promote and sell Solar Street Lights, Lithium Batteries, and related solar products.

• Explain product features, benefits, specifications, and pricing to customers.

• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, website inquiries, and trade platforms.

• Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team for order processing.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support when required.

• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong telephone etiquette and customer handling abilities.

• Basic knowledge of Solar Energy Products and Lithium Batteries (preferred).

• Ability to convince customers and close sales effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, or related fields will be an advantage.

• Experience in telesales, inside sales, solar products, batteries, electrical products, or renewable energy sector preferred.
