About the Role

Megabase Infratech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and converting leads into site visits and sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.

• Understand customer requirements, budget, location preferences, and property needs.

• Explain real estate projects, property specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.

• Generate qualified leads and convert them into site visits.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers through calls and WhatsApp.

• Schedule and coordinate property/site visits for interested customers.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Update lead information and sales status in CRM/Excel or other company systems.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.

• Coordinate with the sales and site teams for smooth lead handover and follow-up.

• Stay updated about company projects, inventory, pricing, offers, and market developments.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.

Requirements

• Graduation preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, real estate, banking, insurance, or a similar sales role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.

• Confident and persuasive telephone manner.

• Ability to handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Real estate sales experience.

• Lead generation and conversion experience.

• Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.

• Knowledge of Noida/Greater Noida real estate market.

• Ability to maintain daily calling and follow-up reports.
