We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and smart B2B telesales executive who can connect with business clients, generate leads, explain our services, and convert inquiries into orders.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up with business leads and potential clients
Generate B2B sales opportunities for skincare, haircare, personal care, and cosmetic manufacturing
Explain Maur Herbals’ services, like:
Third-Party Manufacturing
Private Label Manufacturing
Custom Formulation
Product Development
Packaging Support
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable product options
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Maintain proper client data in Excel, CRM, or Google Sheets
Coordinate with internal teams for:
quotations
samples
pricing
product details
follow-ups
Build strong relationships with:
skincare brands
salon owners
clinic owners
cosmetic startups
distributors
wholesalers
Convert warm leads into meetings, samples, and final orders
Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets
Regularly update management about:
lead status
client feedback
market demand
competitor activity
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi + basic English
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers
Good follow-up ability
Confidence in handling objections and client queries
