Job Role We are hiring a target-driven Telesales Executive to pitch and sell Credit Cards over the phone. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, explain exclusive card benefits, and effectively close sales to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Make 150-200 outbound calls to provided customer leads daily. Handle customer objections effectively and convince them to apply.
Collect basic documentation and seamlessly update the CRM/Excel database.
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets to maximize your incentives. Requirements
Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and strong convincing skills.
Language: Fluent Hindi (Knowledge of English or regional languages is a major plus). Mindset: Confident, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
