We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at MANDOT SECURITIES. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹19,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Connect with prospective clients through outbound calls
✔️ Generate and qualify leads for Demat & Trading Account openings
✔️ Explain our stock broking products, trading platforms, and investment services
✔️ Follow up with interested clients and assist them through the account opening process
✔️ Build and maintain strong customer relationships
✔️ Achieve daily calling, lead generation, and sales targets
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth account activation and client onboarding
What We're Looking For
✅ Good communication and convincing skills
✅ Positive attitude with a passion for sales
✅ Basic knowledge of the stock market is an added advantage (not mandatory)
✅ Ability to work in a target-driven environment
