Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our healthcare team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining healthcare products/services, and converting leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Explain healthcare products/services clearly and professionally.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Follow up with interested customers and ensure timely conversion.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable with outbound calling.
Basic computer knowledge.
Healthcare/Insurance/Wellness telesales experience will be preferred.
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month, based on experience and last drawn salary.
