Job Description – SMR / CRE – Automobile Dealership

Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Department: Service
Industry: Automobile Dealership
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing customers regarding vehicle service requirements.
Call customers for service reminders, periodic maintenance, and follow-ups.
Inform customers about upcoming service due dates, offers, campaigns, and service packages.
Generate service appointments through outbound calling.
Follow up with customers who have not visited the workshop despite reminders.
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the service/workshop team when required.
Update customer call records, appointments, and follow-ups in the CRM/DMS system.
Maintain customer databases and ensure accurate information is updated.
Follow up on missed appointments and reschedule them.
Coordinate with the Service Advisor/team for customer requirements.
KPI:
Appointment conversion
Follow-up completion
Service revenue/contribution
Customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi and basic English
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-handling skills
Good convincing and follow-up skills
