1. Tele Sales & Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Contact company-provided leads and generate additional opportunities through prospecting.
Introduce and explain relevant products, services, packages, and business solutions.
Understand customer requirements and identify genuine sales opportunities.
Maintain consistent daily calling activity.
2. Sales Conversion
Present products and services according to customer requirements.
Clearly explain features, benefits, pricing, packages, and value propositions.
Convert interested prospects into customers.
Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
3. Lead Qualification
Understand the prospect's requirement, budget, decision-making authority, and purchase timeline.
Separate genuine prospects from unqualified enquiries.
Maintain proper lead stages in the company's CRM/system.
Escalate high-value or complex opportunities to the Sales Manager.
4. Follow-Up
Maintain systematic follow-ups with interested prospects.
Schedule follow-up activities according to customer requirements.
Reconnect with old, pending, and inactive leads.
Ensure that qualified opportunities are not lost because of delayed follow-up.
Maintain complete records of customer conversations and next actions.
5. Appointment & Meeting Generation
Identify prospects who require detailed discussion with the Sales/Business Development team.
Schedule qualified meetings and appointments.
Confirm appointments before the scheduled time.
Share relevant customer requirements with the concerned sales team member.
6. Customer Relationship Management
Build professional relationships with prospects and customers.
Maintain regular communication with existing customers.
Handle basic customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requirements.
Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
7. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of:
Total calls
Connected calls
Meaningful conversations
Leads generated
Follow-ups
Appointments
Sales conversions
Revenue
Pending opportunities
Customer objections
Next follow-up dates
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity reports as required.
8. Market Feedback
Collect customer feedback during sales conversations.
Identify common objections and customer requirements.
Share market insights with the Sales Manager.
Identify new customer segments and potential business opportunities.
Track competitor offerings and market trends where required.
9. Digital & AI Tools
Use CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, email, and other digital sales tools.
Use AI tools for lead research, sales preparation, customer communication, and productivity.
Maintain accurate digital records of all sales activities.
Learn and adopt new technology and sales tools introduced by the company.
