Telesales Executive

Position: Tele Sales / Tele Caller / Loan Sales Executive

Job Location: Gurugram

Experience: 0.6 - 4 Years

Products Handled:

• Personal Loan (PL)

• Business Loan (BL)

• Loan Against Property (LAP)

• Other Retail Loan Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

• Explain loan products and understand customer requirements.

• Convert leads into applications by guiding customers through the loan process.

• Follow up regularly with customers and maintain relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing.

• Achieve monthly targets and productivity metrics.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Required Skills:

• Experience in tele-calling or telesales.

• Prior exposure to Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, or other retail loan products is preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
