Job Profile – Real Estate Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain property projects.
Handle inbound inquiries from property portals, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Schedule site visits and meetings for sales managers.
Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team to support property bookings and closures.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.
Customer-focused approach.
Knowledge of CRM and MS Excel.
Target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of telesales/telecalling experience.
Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
