Job description and related information:
Salary and Benefits:
CTC: 2.7 LPA + Incentive
Benefits : health insurance, PF, gratuity
Work location : IDFC - Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
Sell IDFC financial products (e.g., loans, credit cards, insurance, investments) to new and existing customers via outbound/inbound calls.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Build relationships with customers to ensure long-term business.
Update customer records and database.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Identify and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Requirements:
Graduate degree (any discipline)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Familiarity with financial products (desirable)
The candidates are expected to have basic fluency in English along with fluency in local language -Kannada, as mandatory skill.
Work Environment:
Call centre setup
Fixed shifts 9:30 AM to 6:30PM
