Iconic Gentech LLP is looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team. This role involves connecting with customers, generating leads, promoting IT products and services, and supporting the sales team. We offer a salary of ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month, along with career growth opportunities in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable IT products and services.
Follow up with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer follow-ups.
Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements and quotations.
Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
Maintain professional communication and good customer relationships.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate.
6 months – 4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related field.
Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, email, and internet.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
