🧾 Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Insurance Telesales Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into successful sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers
Explain insurance products, benefits, and features clearly
Generate leads and convert them into sales
Maintain and update customer databases
Follow up with interested customers regularly
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Handle customer queries and objections professionally

✅ Requirements

Minimum 0–6 years of telesales experience (Insurance preferred)
Good communication skills in English + Kannada/Malayalam
Basic computer knowledge
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
