Job Description:
We are hiring Tele Sales Executives for our loan sales team at Uttam Nagar, New Delhi.
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, and explaining suitable loan products. The role also includes customer follow-ups, document collection, CRM updates, and coordination with the operations team until loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
Explain loan products and assist customers with their queries.
Follow up with interested customers and collect required documents.
Maintain regular CRM updates.
Generate referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations team for loan processing.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Loan Products: Business Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Working Capital & Overdraft.
Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales with good communication, convincing, customer handling and follow-up skills.
Location: Uttam Nagar, New Delhi
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
