Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our sales team. Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply. The selected candidates will be trained on our products/services, sales process, customer handling, and lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide accurate information.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closure.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records in the CRM/system.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service.

• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Minimum qualification: Graduation

• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM is preferred.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Should be target-oriented, confident, and self-motivated.

• English communication skills preferred.
