Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students and parents, explaining our courses, generating admissions, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.

• Explain courses, fee structure, and academy offerings.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.

• Convert inquiries into admissions by effectively communicating course benefits.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.

• Resolve basic queries and guide students throughout the admission process.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM) is preferred.

• Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.
