We are a prominent group comprising 18 companies headquartered in Lucknow. The group has established a significant presence across diverse sectors such as microfinance and investment, pharmaceuticals, information technology, retail, real estate, and FMCG. Today, our group operates across 28 states and 2 Union Territories in India, with a network of over 220 offices and a workforce exceeding 3,600 employees.

Candidates who are permanently residing or native of Lucknow will be shortlisted for interview.

Job responsibilities:-

Make outbound calls to customers and explain company products and services.
Generate sales leads and follow up with them.
Handle customer queries.
Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Basic requirements:-

1 year or more experienced in Telecalling or Telesales or in any BPO in Telesales or Fresher
Graduation / Bachelor's degree.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi both.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive and target-oriented.
